I just bought wii fit , but i heard that it doesn’t work well on the carpet…is that true? Will it help if i buy the aerobic step? Someone said it helped with game play.

I just moved to secondary school and I don’t get as much exercise as I used to, even though I’ve joined all of the teams and I eat okay. I go horse riding every fortnight as well.
My family are the kind of people that complain about their weight and don’t do anything about it (even though their not HUGE.)
I’ve checked all of the things around my area and just so you know I live in Southwark, London.

okay so the other day. i was trying out my wii fit, and i tried to do pushups. i was exhausted and out of breathe by my 3rd one and i just collapsed on my carpet.
im 12 pounds.
5′4- 5′5ish
and 17 years old.
i used to be in really good shape. swim team, tennis team, and i did figure skating for like 5 hours each day. but now… lol im a complete failure.
how do i get back in shape? i feel like a walking whale >.<
