Do u think it would be better too do wii fit or be on the treadmill for 30 minutes???
im 13 so i dont kno the difference lol
Okay. When I wake up i plan on having a bowl of cereal or oatmeal with milk. For lunch, I honestly dont know. Maybe pb and j with yogurt. For dinner, whatever my parents make unless it fried or fast food. NO POP! And for a little snack, a special k bar. Also, when i come home ffrom school i plan of working out for 30 minutes.. well itll be wii fit but im doing the runnin thing lol. And ill be on the treadmill sometimes too..
If i keep this up, will i lose wweight in 4 monthes??

Ive been playing DDR since 2001 now i’m really good at it (i can play on any difficulty/any song, i actually play ITG now which is better). Shortly after playing DDR i will be drenched in sweat from playing so hard. Is this good of bad? and would wii fit be better? (im still going to play ddr either way i just want to know if i would benefit more from wii fit.

Don’t worry, I’m not interested in going anorexic, and I’m not willing to go that far. I just want to know a diet and maybe an exercise plan that can get my tummy tin. I’ve lost a few pounds by doing wii fit, but my wii broke, so now that’s not an option. Also I have celiac, if that matters.

I don’t want a cheat code, I just want to know what activities I need to do to unlock it.
What activities in particular? Such as I know that to open up the half hour step thing, you have to do the advanced step three times. I really want Lotus Focus.

Breakfast: smoothie–>1 and 1/2 banana, 6 strawberries, and 8 oz of light soy milk
Track: 4 minutes plymetrics(mostly lower body, some ab stuff)
Lunch- 1 vegetable roll and a lot of edamame
Snack-1 and 1/2 green apple, 1/2 cup of raisins
Dinner- a lot of salad and some sweet potato… not that hungry
gonna go do the wiifit in a little bit for an hour
