I thought I’d talk a little bit about my observations during exercises with the Wii Fit. Whenever you’re doing Strength Training and it shows your targeted muscle groups, I’ve noticed that any exercise that involves holding your arms straight out or up (this includes some Yoga , as well) will make your shoulders really start to burn. This isn’t a bad thing, of course, but I thought it was weird that shoulders aren’t usually shown on these exercises ( Warrior , Torso Twist , etc.) Today, I worked out for about 46 minutes.

So, I finished off this week’s Wii Fit workout with lots of aerobic exercises. I went for 32 minutes today and I’m finding my endurance for things (such as running and hula hooping) is greatly improving. I can say, though I’m only nine days into this, that I am feeling better, physically.

So, it looks like I gained a little weight. I’m sure some of it is water weight and some might even be a little bit of new muscle mass. I’m more concerned with how my measurments are going to look, which I will be checking every 7 days

So, the Wii Balance Board came with 4 AA batteries and I thought “I should use these until they’re dead, then use a rechargeable lithium battery (that I purchased at Gamestop when I got my skin/yoga mat).” Well, the batteries were giving out today, but I didn’t notice it until I was hula hooping and my Mii would no longer hoop… So I put in the lithium battery and redid my body test before I got going, again. Here’s today’s workout, which was 54 minutes : Rhythm Boxing (6 minutes) Advanced Step Super Hula Hoop (3 minutes) Basic Run (short) Football Heading Ski Slalom Ski Jump Table Tilt (advanced) Snowboard Slalom Lotus (completed!)
