I woke up this morning to Daniel saying, “Can we go to IHOP for breakfast?” And of course all I heard was, “How about we have pancakes this morning that neither of us have to cook?” Needless to say, he didn’t have to ask me twice. Fitness 15 min Treadmill @ 5km/hr alternating between 7 & 11 incline every 2 min (ie program 3 ‘fat burn’ woohoo!) 33 min Wii Fit - 30 min step aerobics and finally succeed in opening free step, thank god!
