So, the Wii Balance Board came with 4 AA batteries and I thought “I should use these until they’re dead, then use a rechargeable lithium battery (that I purchased at Gamestop when I got my skin/yoga mat).” Well, the batteries were giving out today, but I didn’t notice it until I was hula hooping and my Mii would no longer hoop… So I put in the lithium battery and redid my body test before I got going, again. Here’s today’s workout, which was 54 minutes : Rhythm Boxing (6 minutes) Advanced Step Super Hula Hoop (3 minutes) Basic Run (short) Football Heading Ski Slalom Ski Jump Table Tilt (advanced) Snowboard Slalom Lotus (completed!) Single Leg Extension (10 repetitions) Torso Twists (6 reps) Lunge (10 reps) Rowing Squats (30 reps) Single Leg Twist (20) Sideways Leg Lift (10) Half Moon Warrior Sun Salutation Standing Knee Chair Cobra Advanced Table Tilt gets pretty crazy.
