I’d like to move our Nintendo Wii into a less crowded room so I could actually play a game, but my father says it might disconnect the WiiFit board from the console. Is this true?

The new fitness gadget from Nintendo is selling like hot cake and anyone trying to buy it lately know how hard it is to buy Nintendo Wii Fit. The shelves destined for it in stores all over the US are empty and if you find one you might consider yourself very lucky.
